Thank you for considering Corporate Membership at The Linen Hall, the oldest library in Belfast.

By becoming a member, you not only support our vital work as a charity but also gain access to a treasure trove of rare books, historical documents and accredited museum collections. Your membership will help to protect and preserve our unique collections for future generations, while providing a safe, open minded community space for art, culture and conversation.

What is corporate membership?

Our corporate membership package entitles your organisation to a range of exclusive benefits. Your organisation will receive two or more transferrable library membership cards depending on your level of membership. Each card allows you to borrow up to 8 books for an extended loan period of 4 weeks from our unique general lending collection. This collection comprises tens of thousands of books across fiction and non-fiction with strengths in literary fiction, history, politics and arts and culture, including hundreds of antiquarian editions available exclusively for our members. A nominated administrator within your organisation may allocate these to any individual within the organisation when the need arises.

Benefits of corporate membership

Each transferrable library membership card enables an individual to borrow up to 8 books, and enjoy all the benefits of our standard individual membership. Your organisation will also receive:

  • CSR badge for your corporate website
  • Complimentary half-day room hire on 2 occasions per year*
  • 10% discount on additional room hire**
  • Assistance with planning events in The Linen Hall
  • Access to well-equipped rooms for meetings, seminars, and promotions
  • Access to The Linen Hall collections
  • Access to knowledgeable staff to assist with enquiries

 

*Subject to room availability. Normal catering rates apply.

**Registered charities receive a 20% discount on room hire.
