The Linen Hall Library is a unique institution, and to help secure our future we have diversified our streams of income. One of the ways you can support the Library is through our Charity Bookshop.
The Bookshop offers an eclectic range of good quality, used books at tremendous value. Subjects range from popular romantic and crime fiction through local studies, Irish and world history, military history, classic literature, art , religion, philosophy and much more. We also have an offering at online book marketplace AbeBooks. Should you wish to view any of the books for sale online, please call into the Charity Bookshop.
Become a Volunteer
The Charity Bookshop would not be possible without the help of our band of book-loving volunteers; if you would like to volunteer please contact the Library and your details will be forwarded to our Volunteer Coordinator.
The Charity Book Shop relies on your generous donations. Small donations can be left directly into the shop but, if you have larger donations, please contact the Library. While we appreciate you considering the Library to be the recipient of your donation, please be aware we are unable to collect donations.
Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept, encyclopaedias, Readers Digest and text books.
Charity Bookshop is located at College Street (between Savers and Sawers, just around the corner from our Fountain Street entrance).
If the shop is closed book donations can be left in the Library.
