The Linen Hall Charity Bookshop has officially reopened in its new home on the corner of Rosemary Street and Lombard Street, following its recent move from the previous site opposite CastleCourt.
Now located in the building formerly occupied by Caffè Nero, and fondly remembered by many Belfast locals as Delaney’s, the new premises offer a bright and welcoming space for book lovers to browse, donate, and support The Linen Hall Library.
‘It’s wonderful and very apt that the Library have been able to source a location within the warp and weft of a thriving and historic area of Belfast in Rosemary Street.’ Damien Cash, Bookshop Manager.
The move marks an exciting new chapter for the charity bookshop, which continues to play an important role in supporting the work of The Linen Hall through the sale of donated books and literary treasures.
We are very grateful to all those who donate books to the shop, however we are limited for space at the moment and still trying to organise ourselves after the move, so if you would like to offer donations, please call ahead first to check if we have room. If you would like to make a donation please email: info@linenhall.com
The shop is now open for business, and we look forward to welcoming visitors.
Open: 9am – 5pm on Mon, Wed, Thur and Fri
Open: 10am – 4pm on Tue and Sat
Exciting news! We now have an AbeBooks online shop and an eBay shop where you can explore many of our rare and popular books.
