Café Operator Required – Call for Expressions of Interest
The Linen Hall Library is inviting expressions of interest from experienced café operators interested in developing a creative café offering. Located in the heart of Belfast city centre, the Linen Hall Library is a place of tranquillity and cultural importance with a 232-year history. The Library has a footfall of approximately 120,000 per annum.
The Linen Hall Library positively showcases the story of Belfast, and the café is integral to our plans for the continued development of the Library as a must-visit destination for local people and tourists alike.
The operator will be encouraged to bring their own personality to the space. However excellent coffee, a locally-sourced food menu, ‘best in class’ customer service and the highest standards of cleanliness are all essential.
Anticipated operating terms will be through management agreement aligned to turnover.
Expressions of interest should be submitted by 14th August 2020 to Julie Andrews, Linen Hall Library Director, firstname.lastname@example.org. Further information can be provided on request.
