Coordinated by Derry-based Sole Purpose Productions, this exhibition is the culmination of work with people impacted by mother and baby institutions, using the arts to explore their experiences and to provide a safe and friendly space where difficult experiences can be explored through discussion and creative techniques. The exhibition includes poetry and art created by the participants, as well as some of their personal items. A short film that includes a series of monologues by the women who were part of the project is also part of the exhibition will be shown on selected times and times throughout the exhibition.
The exhibition is located in the Vertical Gallery and is FREE to attend.
