Irish Continuation Course

Great news! Our popular Irish language classes are back, featuring a continuation course. Led by our experienced instructor, Catherine Calumarte, this 12-week programme is tailored for individuals with a foundational understanding of Irish who are eager to further enhance their language proficiency. Specifically designed for those who have completed the beginners’ class here at The Linen Hall or have prior knowledge of Irish, this course offers a perfect opportunity to deepen your language skills. Mark your calendars for every Thursday, starting on 12 September and running until 12 December, from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm (dates below). There are no classes on 19 September or on 31 October.

About Catherine Calumarte

Catherine Calumarte is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, St Mary’s University and the University of Ulster. She holds a BA (Hons) Irish Language and Literature and a PGCE. She has had a lifelong association with the Irish language and is a committee member of St Patrick’s Branch of the Gaelic League and of Belfast Feis.
