Join a guided tour of The Linen Hall, Belfast’s oldest library and the only remaining subscription library in Ireland. Housed in a beautiful Victorian era former linen warehouse overlooking Belfast City Hall, the Library has welcomed readers, writers and visitors since 1788 and is home to one of the city’s most fascinating collections of books, archives and treasures.

Led by our knowledgeable guides, this tour explores over 235 years of history, introducing visitors to the library’s unique collections, historic reading rooms, artworks and artefacts, while sharing the stories of the people and events that helped shape Belfast and Ireland.

Whether you’re re-visiting Belfast for the Fleadh or discovering the city for the first time, this is a unique opportunity to experience one of Ireland’s great cultural institutions.

Tours take place at 2pm and cost £10 per person.
