Beginners Continuation Irish Part 3: Fáinne Airgid (Silver Fáinne)

Join us for Part 3 of Beginners Continuation Irish, which builds on the work done in Beginners Continuation Irish 1 & 2. This course ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of Irish who are eager to further enhance their language proficiency. Specifically designed for those who have followed the Complete Beginners course here at The Linen Hall or who have solid knowledge of the basics in Irish, this course offers a perfect opportunity to consolidate the fundamentals while developing your conversation across a range of subjects and tenses. Students who undertake this course will be working towards the Fáinne Airgid (Silver Fáinne).

Participants who complete Parts 1, 2 &3 of the course will also have the option of gaining the Fáinne Airgid (Silver Fáinne) at the end of Part 3.

From Thursday 16^th April to Thursday 11^th June (8 weeks). There is no class on Thursday 21st May.

Catherine Calumarte is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, St Mary’s University and the University of Ulster. She holds a BA (Hons) Irish Language and Literature and a PGCE. She has had a lifelong association with the Irish language and is a committee member of St Patrick’s Branch of the Gaelic League and of Belfast Feis.
